Carissa began her real estate career in 2000 and has over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. In 2010, she changed her focus to residential properties in the greater Seattle area and the Eastside. As a Seattle native, she has deep roots in this area along with a keen understanding of the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations, and local economies.
